Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you, the merchant who installs SyncAir, and Invizo (“we”, “us” or “our”). SyncAir is a product of Invizo.

By installing or using SyncAir, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use SyncAir.

SyncAir is a Shopify app provided by Invizo.

Send products, orders, customers and metafields from Shopify to Airtable. Copy the records you already have, and on paid plans new ones follow as they’re created.

The features available to you depend on your plan. Current plans and prices are listed on the SyncAir pricing page.

To use SyncAir, you need a Shopify store.

You are responsible for your Shopify account and any third-party accounts you connect to SyncAir, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the data you sync or send through SyncAir.

Paid plans are billed through Shopify. Charges are in USD and appear on your Shopify bill.

Starter, Premium and Enterprise each include a 14‑day free trial.

All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days.

Uninstalling SyncAir cancels your plan, and Shopify stops charging you for it.

When you use SyncAir, you agree not to:

• Break any law, or Shopify’s terms and policies.
• Process data you do not have the right to use.
• Try to access SyncAir, our systems or other merchants’ data without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt SyncAir, for example by overloading it or introducing malicious code.
• Copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer SyncAir, except where the law allows it.

SyncAir works with Shopify and connects to third-party platforms. Those platforms are provided under their own terms and privacy policies, which apply to your use of them.

Airtable is a registered trademark of Formagrid Inc dba Airtable. SyncAir is a product of Invizo and is not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with Airtable.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information SyncAir collects, how we use it and the rights you have.

SyncAir depends on Shopify and on the platforms it connects to, so changes or outages on those platforms can affect it.

We work to keep SyncAir available and working well, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features over time.

SyncAir is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, Invizo makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We don’t promise that SyncAir will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every record will sync completely and correctly, so check important records in Airtable.

To the extent the law allows, Invizo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of SyncAir, even if we were told such damages were possible.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims relating to SyncAir is limited to the amount you paid us for SyncAir in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

Some places don’t allow these exclusions or limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

You can stop using SyncAir at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. Uninstalling removes the app’s access to your store.

Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data when you uninstall.

We may suspend or end your access to SyncAir if you break these Terms, if your use puts SyncAir, other merchants or our systems at risk, or if the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

If we make significant changes, we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using SyncAir after that, the updated Terms apply.
