Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you, the merchant who installs OdooSync, and Invizo (“we”, “us” or “our”). OdooSync is a product of Invizo.

By installing or using OdooSync, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use OdooSync.

OdooSync is a Shopify app provided by Invizo.

Send orders, products, customers, inventory and refunds from Shopify to Odoo. Stage records for review, set rules for what syncs, and map store fields to your Odoo fields.

The features available to you depend on your plan. Current plans and prices are listed on the OdooSync pricing page.

To use OdooSync, you need a Shopify store.

You are responsible for your Shopify account and any third-party accounts you connect to OdooSync, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the data you sync or send through OdooSync.

Paid plans are billed through Shopify. Charges are in USD and appear on your Shopify bill.

Basic Store includes a 14‑day free trial.

All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days.

Uninstalling OdooSync cancels your plan, and Shopify stops charging you for it.

When you use OdooSync, you agree not to:

• Break any law, or Shopify’s terms and policies.
• Process data you do not have the right to use.
• Try to access OdooSync, our systems or other merchants’ data without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt OdooSync, for example by overloading it or introducing malicious code.
• Copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer OdooSync, except where the law allows it.

OdooSync works with Shopify and connects to third-party platforms. Those platforms are provided under their own terms and privacy policies, which apply to your use of them.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information OdooSync collects, how we use it and the rights you have.

OdooSync depends on Shopify and on the platforms it connects to, so changes or outages on those platforms can affect it.

We work to keep OdooSync available and working well, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features over time.

OdooSync is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, Invizo makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We don’t promise that OdooSync will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every record will sync completely and correctly, so check important records in the systems you connect.

To the extent the law allows, Invizo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of OdooSync, even if we were told such damages were possible.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims relating to OdooSync is limited to the amount you paid us for OdooSync in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

Some places don’t allow these exclusions or limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

You can stop using OdooSync at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. Uninstalling removes the app’s access to your store.

Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data when you uninstall.

We may suspend or end your access to OdooSync if you break these Terms, if your use puts OdooSync, other merchants or our systems at risk, or if the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

If we make significant changes, we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using OdooSync after that, the updated Terms apply.
