Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you, the merchant who installs InvizoAI, and Invizo (“we”, “us” or “our”). InvizoAI is a product of Invizo.

By installing or using InvizoAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use InvizoAI.

InvizoAI is a Shopify app provided by Invizo.

InvizoAI writes blog articles, product descriptions and image alt text with OpenAI models, then saves or publishes them to your store.

The features available to you depend on your plan. Current plans and prices are listed on the InvizoAI pricing page.

To use InvizoAI, you need a Shopify store.

You are responsible for your Shopify account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the rules and settings you use in InvizoAI.

Paid plans are billed through Shopify. Charges are in USD and appear on your Shopify bill.

Starter, Premium and Enterprise each include a 14-day free trial.

Prices in USD. Paid plans are billed every 30 days through Shopify.

Uninstalling InvizoAI cancels your plan, and Shopify stops charging you for it.

When you use InvizoAI, you agree not to:

• Break any law, or Shopify’s terms and policies.
• Process data you do not have the right to use.
• Try to access InvizoAI, our systems or other merchants’ data without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt InvizoAI, for example by overloading it or introducing malicious code.
• Copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer InvizoAI, except where the law allows it.

InvizoAI works with Shopify, which is provided under its own terms and privacy policy. Those apply to your use of Shopify.

OpenAI and GPT are trademarks of OpenAI. InvizoAI isn’t endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with OpenAI.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information InvizoAI collects, how we use it and the rights you have.

InvizoAI depends on Shopify, so changes or outages on Shopify can affect it.

We work to keep InvizoAI available and working well, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features over time.

InvizoAI is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, Invizo makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We don’t promise that InvizoAI will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the content it writes will be accurate, original or suitable for your store, or that it will improve your search rankings or traffic. Review everything InvizoAI writes before you save or publish it.

To the extent the law allows, Invizo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of InvizoAI, even if we were told such damages were possible.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims relating to InvizoAI is limited to the amount you paid us for InvizoAI in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

Some places don’t allow these exclusions or limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

You can stop using InvizoAI at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. Uninstalling removes the app’s access to your store.

Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data when you uninstall.

We may suspend or end your access to InvizoAI if you break these Terms, if your use puts InvizoAI, other merchants or our systems at risk, or if the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

If we make significant changes, we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using InvizoAI after that, the updated Terms apply.
